How do I sign up for the Summit?

  • Go to https://essmasummit.eu/ticket-options#register
  • Choose the right ticket
    • Stadium/Club/League/Federation ticket if you are an ESSMA member and/or ECA/EPFL member
    • Stadium Partners/Corporate Partners in case you are an ESSMA Stadium/Corporate Partner

What is included in the ticket?

An ESSMA Summit ticket includes a full participation at the Summit programme:

  • General stadium tour on 16/01 in the morning
  • Keynote sessions on 16/01 in the afternoon
  • 2 Seminars on 17/01 in the morning & afternoon
  • An in-depth stadium tour on 17/01 in the afternoon

Also included are all lunches, dinner and coffee breaks and all transfers between the hotel and the Aviva Stadium.

What is not included in the ticket price?

  • Transport from airport/train station to the event venue
  • Hotel rooms

I want to book a hotel room. Is there an event hotel available?

Yes. ESSMA recommends an overnight stay in the ESSMA Summit event hotel: Clayton hotel Ballsbridge. ESSMA has negotiated beneficial event rates for ESSMA Summit participants. After signing up for the event here https://essmasummit.eu/ticket-options you will receive a promotional code.

Is there an arrangement concerning transfers to and from the hotel to the event?

During the event, transfers to and from the event hotel to Aviva Stadium are provided by ESSMA. You can find the transport schedule in the ESSMA Summit programme.

What about vegetarians & special requests regarding food allergies?

Lunches and dinner will be offerd as a buffet; vegetarian dishes are included. If you have a food allergy, please contact celine@essma.eu

When will the stadium tours take place?

A general Aviva Stadium tour is organised on day 1, starting from 9:30.

On day 2, in the afternoon, you can follow in-depth stadium tours. You can indicate your interest during registration. Don’t wait too long because places are limited to 25 per group.

Is there a possibility to book a meeting room during the event?

In case you would like to organise private meetings with other participants during the event you can rent one of the available meeting rooms. Please contact gert-jan@essma.eu prior to the event for more information.

Will there be a Wi-Fi connection in the stadium?

There will be a free access to the Wi-Fi.

Do you provide a guarded cloakroom at the event?

A guarded cloakroom is present in the stadium to safekeep coats and luggage.

Will the presentations be shared after the event?

The approved presentations will be uploaded to the ESSMA knowledge platform. In case you haven’t receive your login, contact communications@essma.eu
